The high-tenacity BALISTEX® power-stretch fabric hugs the body seamlessly, ensuring the high-impact armor stays anchored during energetic riding. Strategically integrated CORDURA® mesh across the chest and inner sleeves channels refreshing airflow directly to the torso on stifling days. Designed for complete modular versatility, you can wear this armored top independently, layered over a light base shirt, or beneath an abrasion-free outer jacket. Double BALISTEX® layer on raglan sleeves for superior impact and abrasion resistance. Designed without a waterproof membrane or thermal liner to ensure unhindered airflow and low bulk.
- Safety & Protection: Fully CE approved – performance class AAA compliant with EN 17092-2:2020. Includes D3O® LP2 CE Level 2 (EN 1621-1:2012) protectors at the shoulders and elbows. Prepared for an optional QUATROFLEX CE Level 2 back protector insert (sold separately).
- Ventilation & Comfort: Heavy-duty CORDURA® mesh panels positioned along the chest and inner arms to optimize airflow and fight heat buildup. Features a tactile military-style MOLLE attachment grid across the torso and secure thumb loops at the sleeve cuffs.
- Fit & Finish: Close-fitting ergonomic bi-stretch cut (Next-to-skin fit). Silicone gripper band at the bottom hem prevents the jacket from riding up while in the riding position.
